Ready-to-ship returns
Ready-to-ship wigs may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The wig must be unused, unworn, unaltered, with the lace uncut and in its original packaging.
Custom orders
Custom wigs made to your approved length, color, cap size, or design are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Defective or incorrect items are exceptions.
Restocking fees and return shipping
There is no restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Magic Braids pays return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
How to request a return
To request a return or report a defective or incorrect item, email info@magicbraids.com with your order number. Please contact us for return instructions before sending a wig back.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
