RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund with 15% restocking fees.  The customer will be paying the shipping return cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 weeks after Magic Braids receive the item(s), however, in many cases you may receive a refund sooner. This time period does not include the transit time from the shipper to Magic Braids, 5 to 10 business days shipping time). The processing time for the refund usually takes 3 or 5 business days), the time for the fund to be returned to your bank account or credit card will depend of your financial establishment (most of the credit card and bank take about 1 or 2 weeks)
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

RETURNS

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES are accepted if the lace has been cut, or if the hair has been worn or used. Because of the nature of this product (handmade hair braiding) we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the products do not follow the return policy. This allows customers to be 100% confident when making a purchase decision, and rest assure that we are selling brand new handmade products and not used or worn hair. Please review all product details as well as viewing the pictures before making your purchase. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Magic Braids. any return will be charged 15% for restocking fee.

SHIPPING

At MAGIC BRAIDS, domestic shipping is always FREE!
We will ship out the item(s) within 1-5 business after the payment is clear and you will receive a notification with tracking number via email. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US. You should receive the item within 5-7 business days. Your privacy is extremely important to us. All items are shipped discreetly in USPS boxes with no mention of the contents on the box or label. Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you selected. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please, also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International, Puerto-Rico, Hawaii, Alaska shipping, additional handling time may apply. If outside of the continental U.S, please contact us to confirm a shipping quote prior to purchase.

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES!

We reserve the right to require signature confirmation for any item valued over $250 and to refuse shipment to any address that is not a confirmed billing address or confirmed Paypal address. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer for ALL returns for any reason with International orders.

All international shipping takes 15 to 21 business days, but if you want a faster delivery, please let us know so we can provide you with different options for the shipping.
